is there a way not to leak breast milk without a bra?

i leak a LOT, especially at night, but wearing a bra 24/7 is starting to give me back pain because i am used to not wearing a bra at all. 
is there any kind of breast pad that sticks to the skin or something? that might be a stupid question but i really cant handle being squeezed all the time anymore

Do you have a sleep nursing bra? They’re lightweight, easy to maneuver when you’re half asleep, and a breast pad stays securely put! 👍🏻

Try a nursing cami or nursing nightgown. They also make sleep bras. That’s usually what I wear all the time at home.

What type of bra are you wearing? Sports bras with no underwire is a life saver!!! Let it be loose if it’s causing pain. You could always use folded paper towels and tape them to your breasts if you really don’t want to wear a bra (nothing is off limits lol). That option is also cheaper than those breast pads they sell 🙄

I have a nursing bra that is this soft jersey cotton it’s not tight zero support but it’s super comfortable to sleep in. Try Amazon!

I used a cloth diaper and covered my boobs. I would tuck it up under my shirt. I would still leak through sometimes but I couldn’t stand to wear a bra at night. I kept them next to my bed. Plus it was convenient if I needed them for baby.
