Hi sorry all but maybe tmi but I’m so confused

I’m pill regulated and on a new pill which I’ve taken regularly and properly over the last month - I’m in the last week of active pills but today I’ve had weird discharge? The only way I can explain it is blood coloured but it’s like latex? It’s collagulated in a line and is almost stretchy. Is this normal? It’s almost like a clot but it could be something else? Or it could be normal ? Please let me know x
