extra pill nausea

i accidentally took 2 pills on a single day a week ago. now im feeling nauseous and sometimes vomiting the past two mornings. i’ve done this before as well, and the same thing with the nausea and vomiting happened a week later. i want to say it’s because of the extra pill, mostly so i don’t have to go to the doctor right now, but it’s happening a single week later and i’m not sure if this is actually the cause for my sickness. my google searches imply that i would be sick only a day after taking the extra pills, but i don’t know. has anyone experienced anything like this, or is it likely i might have something else wrong?
