Suppositories to help poop?

I could of sworn when I was pregnant a couple years ago with my son I did a suppository to help me poop, but now I cant remember and everything I look up doesn’t really give me clear answers. I will ask my dr tomorrow when I see him but I was wondering if any of you all had used a suppository (I usually drink miralax but looking for more immediate relief lol) just wanting to see if any of your dr’s approved them or even recommended them :) help! I’m constipated! Also, is anyone scared to push too hard when you poop? I’m so afraid I’m going to put myself into preterm labor and I know women have been pooping since the beginning of time during pregnancy (as if it’s not an option) It still doesn’t make me feel comfortable pooping 😆 20 weeks pregnant here if that makes a difference :)
