Someone please tell me what to do to feel safe at work again..

I was informed yesterday before leaving work to be careful because multiple men in another part of the factory were talking about “tearing a piece off” of women in my part of the factory. I then had another man come up to me and tell me that they were talking about raping us as well. I told my boss all of this and he said he would resolve it. He talked to the guys that told me and they changed their story to it wasn’t specifically about anyone and only one man said it. The men that told me about also told me not to say anything to anyone about so I’m worried about what will happen since I did. I’ve repeatedly told my boss that I do not feel comfortable going back to night shift because of what has happened and because I have also had a man twice my size there cuss me out. I spent 5 hours that night crying and throwing up because of anxiety and my boss wouldn’t let me go home. I cried the whole way home last night and had nightmares because of what I was told as well. My boss still refuses to switch my shift. It’s the only job around where I live that pays that good too and I have a family to provide for.. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do.

I work for a temp agency. I tried letting my boss know from the temp agency and the supervisor know at the factory and HR at the factory. The factory basically says it’s not their problem because I’m not techno their employee and they believe it’s resolved anyway. My boss also says he believes it’s resolved. I’ve called everyone I know to call, some multiple times and all say they can’t or won’t do anything else.
