How to sneak in some veggies?

So my baby is not a big fan of veggies. She loves sweet potatoes and that's about it. She might nibble on peas and lick a green bean here or there, but she gags and spits them out most of the time. If I spoon feed them to her, she'll eat almost anything. I can't feed her only sweet potatoes forever and I'm trying to move away from spoon feeding as much as possible since she's 9 months now and a every efficient self feeder. I'll obviously keep offering veggies different ways and often, but until she decides to actually do more than lick and nibble, what are some ways to get some veggies in her?

I've started using plant butter on her veggies and it helps a little, and if I sprinkle cheese on top that helps too. I just want her to have a well-rounded diet. She loves all carbs, fruits, and has been really into certain meats. We're just missing on the veggies.
