What’s a good transitional swaddle or sleep sack? Need something to mimic feeling of being held when I put baby down on his bassinet.

My son is about 11 weeks. He started hating swaddles with his hands tucked in since he was three weeks old. We started putting with his hands out and it worked fine until few weeks ago, he now hates the idea of swaddles and would kick off the blanket somehow. I desperately need something! I have been sitting down most nights with him on my chest because it takes him no time to fall asleep there but he takes forever to fall asleep on the bassinet and even if he does, he wakes up after about an hour.
