Weird situation..

So my boyfriend woke up acting super weird today and told me he had a really messed up dream.

Here’s some background on his past relationship, they both cheated, she slept with his best friend all that fun stuff.

His dream was that me, him his best friend (r) and his best friend (Z) were all down south on a resort. This random girl showed up and started trying to kiss him and stuff when I went to the washroom. I came out and he was making out with this girl. I got mad and his best friend (R) got mad at him as well (r is always telling him how great I am and not to mess us up). So in his dream me and R apparently started banging right beside him and he got mad and left and R was yelling at him you shouldn’t have messed around bro and then he woke up.

Is this dream a fear dream based on his past relationship or is this dream like a dream that he wants to cheat? It freaked him out a lot.
