Rear car facing car seat?

I’m looking to upgrade car seats from the removable kind, to the installed kind that can change as they grow. Im also hoping that they can stay rear-facing longer for a toddler and under $200. 
I seen some but I’m confused if they can sit rear-facing and fit a toddler(1yr old).
Any recommendations?

This is what my son is in. He is 2 and 32lbs and still is rear facing. Planning to turn him around when December comes for a really big road trip.

You will want to look for a convertible seat. They can be used rear facing and then forward facing. They can be used rear facing up to 40 or 50 pounds depending on the model, and often 65 pounds front facing. I’ve had my daughter in this seat since she was 6 months. It was a great price and it grows with her up to 10 years old. It was super easy to install and to clean as well. I take the covering and padding off about once a month to toss in the washer and dryer and I don’t have to take the seat out to do so. It has two cup holders and I got the version with the anti rebound bar.

I personally love this seat, and it is good for smaller vehicles.
I did not put my Daughter in it until she was 5 months.
