Early miscarriages help!

Posted a couple of times now but I’ve had 3 of 4 chemical pregnancies in a row. Just ovulated so here’s another month of hoping this one sticks 🤞🏼

Sorry for the long one but just feeling desperate and would really appreciate opinions!! And maybe some success stories?!

I posted previously about taking baby aspirin so I think I’m going to try that as for a good response, was thinking of taking this tonight as ovulated yesterday? I know some say to take when get BFP but my miscarriages are SO early (I’ll start bleeding a couple of days late). I did get to 5 weeks on my first one but not got there since.

I also looked at B6 to help progesterone? I take pregnacare but it only has 10mg I think so was thinking of taking 60mg per day (from Holland & Barrett).

Had some routine blood tests and I’m vitimin D deficient again (even though I’ve been out in the sun all summer & it’s in pregnacare!!!) so been prescribed that. And I’ve come on holiday 😁 any excuse!

Any help would be really appreciated. I’ve been referred to a gyno but it’s 13 week wait! X
