Gone vegan!

I’m on day 3/4 of no meat and I’ve seen massive changes already ! I completely cut out meat and dairy so no cows milk, and I’m only consuming whole wheat pastas , brown whole wheat bread, and other fruits and fresh veggies and soya milk. My skin has been clearing up and getting rid of acne and I’ve already lost about 4lbs. I have high hopes for being vegan and I cant wait to fully get Into the lifestyle. ☺️I have so much energy I’m less bloated and have a much clearer mindset
