Hi mommies! I’m in dire need of some advice, my 2 year old has been constipated for as long as I could remember, I’m in need of medication ideas or natural remedies that might help my little guy out, tia!

Miralax is good too. Usually just a cap full works (that’s how you dose it) but you can always use less, like half a cap. You can mix it in pretty much any liquid- juice, water, etc and it dissolves completely and is tasteless. I used to give it daily to a child I watched and it was very effective.

Prune juice for sure! One cup a day did it for my daughter. My sister had to give her son prune juice and made sure he ate probiotic yogurt every day

Pear juice, works better than prune juice. And add a daily probiotic vitamin.
