Baby spitting up, help.

This is my first time breastfeeding and there’s a lot I don’t know. My little is almost 2 months old but has been spitting up quite a bit the whole time. It’s usually immediately after feeding. He’s still gaining weight and his poops seem normal color and everything. I thought maybe he was getting too much air when feeding so I started pumping mostly and giving him those bottles that are suppose to help with acid reflux but he’s still throwing up quite a bit at times. We try to purp more often and take breaks but still no change. Is there something else I can do? I’ve talked to his dr also but they don’t seem concerned since he’s gaining.
