When to pump?

I want to start expressing but I’m not sure when to express and whether to express from both breasts at a time. 
My baby usually only takes one breast at a time. So if she takes the left breast for a feed, should I pump the right straight after? Or should I pump between feeds?

Answer

If you’re trying to increase your milk supply then pump from both after her feed, of course the one that your baby was fed from will have less.
