EBF 6mo won't accept bottle

LO has always been skinny, he's way above the curve in length but way below in weight. I'm nursing in a dark room 5.30pm, 6.30pm, 10.30pm, 4am and 7am. I don't dare try night weaning because of his low weight.

But when offered the bottle during the day it's a hit and miss. 3 hours since last feed and he pushes it away, whines, cries. Ok, we wait to 4h mark, now he screams murder when the bottle appears.

I'm so lost and so afraid. The paediatrician just schedules more weigh-ins. I've tried three different bottles. We use the smallest flow because of breastfeeding recommendations.

I don't produce enough milk to keep weight. He won't take bottles. He eats very little when offered solids twice a day. Like a teaspoons worth.
