11 month old with fever and strange rash

My 11 month old just started kindergarten and one week later she is sick for the first time 😭🤒 she woke up last night with med fever, light cough and running nose. We gave her a baby Tylenol to help with the fever. Today the symptoms continued but she now has started to get some dots on her body. I first noticed two on her arm, then one on her ear, forehead and now other ear.. Seems like a new one appears every couple hours. They are not itchy, and almost look like small moles. She has no other symptoms and seems to be getting more energy as the day goes on. Any idea what the rash could it be? I googled and I can't find anything similar.
