PDA in school

In class for students who are artists (so 9-12), we had free time and I'm sitting with friends, we saw freshmen (14 years old!!) making out and spooning on the floor (chairs are optional, they limit creativity) there's over 30 people in the room and 5 minutes later I see SHES ON TOP OF HIM AS THEY MAKE OUT. Does it bother just me? If you're old enough to make those decisions you're old enough to know when and where it's appropriate
