Coughing after running

Hi mommas! Does anyone have experience with asthma? Can it start early on when they are one? Also, is coughing after running a sign? Our little girls coughs almost every time after running around.. it’s just a few coughs but it happens pretty much everytime after she’s done running and it’s been going on for a few months. Any ideas, input, opinions? She doesn’t seem to have any other physical symptoms or problems just a few coughs after but it does make me concerned. I’m not familiar with asthma but of course google point to it 😑
