6 weeks pregnant Crinone and blood

I’m currently 6 weeks pregnant and I have been using cronine gel from week 4 l, 4 days ago my doctor told me to stop using the gel, as my hcg levels were low, so I stopped using it, I ended up in ER and they kept me there for 4 days and the did tests and hcg was still rising but low, on Friday my hcg was 462, today I tested and it had gone to 1172, but when I went to the bathroom and wiped this car out?? Is this normal? I’m loosing all my hopes on this pregnancy 🥺🥺😢🥺
