I need help!!

So first off I just had my mirena IUD taken out a month ago my husband and I are trying for our first child together.. well since I had the mirena taken out I haven't had my full blown period yet I spotted and lightly bled for a few days but Saturday I took a pregnancy test at night I know the stigma of doing it in the morning is best but a very light faint line barely visible popped up and my husband and I had sex that night as well I noticed after peeing on the stick on the toilet paper was a light amount of blood and so I dont alarm myself with it because it's not uncommon for that to happen after such activities my husband and I had. The next morning I take the other test that I had and a darker faint line appeared but now I'm bleeding more like a regular flow and it has progressed threw the day and has gotten heavier and I'm just confused as to if it's my body trying to miscarry or why I would have a faint line on my test if anyone has any opinions or similar experiences?
