Spotting? Or AF?

This morning I check CM and I saw a bit blood and the whole day I was checking up on it and there was blood but none was going down just up there. I just got home and I saw that I spot a bit, I'm 1 day late 😢 I really hope it's not AF , the blood looks sticky but bright red
