Placenta accreta?

Hi mamas,

So I found out at my last ultrasound I have uterine scarring with a significant amount of scar tissue right above the baby and I have another ultrasound on the 25th to have it looked at again.

From what I’m reading having this scarring puts me at high risk for placenta accreta, and I’m assuming this is why they want to do a repeat ultrasound.

I don’t even know what the scarring is from as I’ve never had a previous surgery done on my uterus.

Have any of you experienced uterine scarring during pregnancy, or placenta accreta?
