Early signs help !!

I've had a lot of heart burn and nausea at different times of the day , also really bad diarrhea and gas.  Have had a slight cold. And a bit moody and emotional. Headaches and been extremely tired. Also have had a strange " fluttery" feeling in lower abdomine. Now because my periods are so irregular and can't tell if I've " missed it". Could this all be a sign if early pregnancy?
