Help!! Postpartum poop problems

I’m talkin about poopin

I’m a week and a half postpartum and recovering with a 3rd degree tear, the stool softeners aren’t working anymore (plus I’m on iron pills and prenatal vitamins and a shit ton of ibuprofen) and I’m bleeding more heavily than I was after trying unsuccessfully to use the bathroom 😭 I called Dr’s office but they’re closed, I don’t know what to do! My stomach hurts so bad. I can’t take this anymore. I’m on the verge of begging them to give me an enema or something to just get this over with. I’m miserable, every 20 mins I rush to the bathroom and I cant 😞 I was starting to have less bleeding but today since I’ve tried so many times I’m now bleeding dark red with clots again. I have never been through this before so I don’t know what’s normal and what’s not normal.
