FTM overwhelmed

My baby boy 5 weeks old wants to be held 24.7 . Literally ... he will not sleep during the day or at night unless in my arms and when he’s awake too . I’ve tried swings , vibrating chairs , crib , infant lounger , bassinet...he even hates the stroller . I love holding him and his snuggles but I’m starting to feel burnt out . It’s to the point where I have lost an excessive amount of weight because I can’t even put him down long enough to eat and hydrate . I got a kidney infection from not drinking enough fluids and urinating enough . I bought one of those baby wraps so that I could be hands free but he even hates that . I don’t know what to do.
