What is that smell?

So I have this...roommate. When she uses the bathroom to urinate odor of the whole bathroom, hand wash area, and a little bit of the hallway (if she leaves the door open) has an odor. It’s very strong and offensive. So much so that my man and I have avoided going to the bathroom directly after her even if we really have to go, we’d wait a few. It’s unspoken. My roommate informed me that she went to see a doctor when she thought her bf gave her something. The male Doc described her vagina as smelling like cheese. She was offended by that and said she never wanted a male gyno . Anyway the doctor diagnosed yeast and prescribed her meds and she feels much better now. However there is still a pungent smell that was there b4 and even now. In the past, this person disclosed that a sex partner refused intimacy with her on the claim that the smell was too concerning. She chalked it up to the guy being embarrassed about his small member BUT they had sex b4 so idk how that would be the reason. Anyway I’m concerned and idk how to tell her. She didn’t take to well from hearing she had an odor from 2 other ppl. I’d hate to be the one to tell her. And what if she denies it and it causes issue in the house? As a woman I know the box has a lot of different scents but this one is foreign to me. And disturbingly strong. What’s going on there? What could that be? Also I myself hav had BV b4 but again it didn’t smell like this so what IS THAT SMELL?
