My sister got arrested because she got into a fight with our younger sister, she got charged with child Cruelty. Is there anyway to drop these charges?

So let’s start it off like this.. my little sister is 16, she’s EXTREMELY bad and disrespectful. She’s constantly calling my older sister a bitch, she even calls our mom a bitch and blackmails her own mother. It came to the point my own mom is afraid of her because she’s honestly not a good person whatsoever & it’s sad to say. She doesn’t listen & does whatever she wants, leaves the house whenever she wants late at night and hangs with people in their 20’s. She’s even put hands and gave our mom a black eye. My mom tried so many times and called a police officer to try to handle her but they never do anything.

So my oldest sister and her are always going at it because my older sister is tired of her mouth, so they got into a fist fight, my younger sister called the police on her, she got arrested and currently is in jail, her bail is at $100,000 and her charges is Child cruelty. Her court date is Monday and I’m trying everything possible to get these charges dropped because she doesn’t deserve this. What can we possibly do to get the judge to understand? What can we do to get her out without these charges? My little sister is such a vengeful person, and she’s like this with everybody.

Im hoping if we explain how my little sister is, the judge will let her go.. but I need your guys advice
