Is this okay to live in?!

Me and my bf are in our early 20’s with a 1 year old and recently got an apartment. Being so young with no guidance we really didn’t know what to look for.. anyways, we ended up moving in a roach infested house... oh along with bed bugs. I refused to pay rent until this was fixed. She finally after 4 months got an exterminator it now I’m finding dead mouses in my house. Yesterday morning there was one in my bathroom and this morning one in the kitchen!! Is this okay?!!!! Is this normal?!!!!
