Baby acne or milk allergy or something else?

Here is a photo of my baby’s rash. Electively breastfed and he’s 4 weeks next week.

I agree it looks like heat rash or drool rash. But try cutting the dairy out of your diet to see if it helps (it will take longer then a week to notice a difference.)

So I would try cutting out milk from your diet and see where he ends up. However, it looks kore heat rash like to me, with the lines in severity where his skin sits against another. 
It doesn’t look like baby acne to me at all.

Did you find out if it was milk allergy or heat rash? I'm currently seeing the same in my 4 week old.

Could also be your clothes coming in contact with his skin if you use different detergent for you then you do baby or if you wear any scents or lotions could be irritating the skin as well
