So I didn't even think about eczema! My daughter had it but not on her face. And she only had those bad patches behind her knees. I have cerave wash and lotion that I used on my oldest and hydrocortisone cream the doctor gave me so I used it on the baby last night and it seems to be looking better!

My oldest had baby acne but I don't remember it being this bad.

We use free and clear detergent

It's on her face and head and neck line
