Menstruation cup?!?

I'm curious, I've been thinking bout trying it out but no-one I know uses one, so I wanna hear your thoughts, what is it like? Is it handy in usage? Easy to maintain? Uncomfortable? Any information is very much appreciated!! Thank you ladies 💙

I use the Flex Cup. Its very beginner friendly. I like it, it's easy to maintain and saves miney and the enviroment.

Have you tried period underwear? I didn’t like the cup at all but I used the period underwear from proof and love them. I have heavy periods and they work really well

I use this one. Never liked pads or tampons. I got it my first time. I exercise in it fine you don’t even feel it. I’ve never had any leaks that weren’t user error.

I found the cup to be super uncomfortable and messy and I transitioned to using the leakproof underwear called Proof! Super comfy and holds a lot of liquid

I have a mooncup, used it for about 18 months at this point, I love love love it! I maintain it with baby bottle sterilizing tablets I get off Amazon (one tablet per month at the end of each cycle, let sit overnight, I use a plastic cup), that's all there is to it. it's way more comfortable, leak proof and easy to change than a tampon. no more having to sneak your purse to the bathroom!

I used the diva cup until I emptied it and spilled it all over my self. 🤦🏽‍♀️. Now I use proof underwear- they are so comfy and leakproof

I like Lena cup, especially for beginners. I have a Saalt soft, Blossom, and Venus cup as well, but due to the firmness of the Lena and the ridges/grips at the bottom, I find this the easiest to get in and get out. I believe the regular Saalt has a similar firmness, but the ridges on the Lena are still preferred for me. 
I do really enjoy Saalt as a company, though. I wish I had gotten their regular instead of the soft; I might use it more!
