Confused

Hi,

This is really stupid but I can't figure it out. I bought some tests last month and had one left over but no box or instructions 🙈I tested today and the line in the circle came up first then the Line after. I think it's bfn again because I think it may be one that needs a cross in it for positive. Does anyone recognise it?
