Test was negative; but I've just had some spotting, my period hasn't come yet.. dogs any of you experienced something like this??

So I had unprotected sex after ovulation
App said low risk of pregnancy 3%, but none am 2 days late & don't know if imagining things..
What were some early subtle signs you noticed when you got pregnant??
