Bleeding uterus! HELP!!!

So I have been having some light bleeding so I went to the doctor. She ordered I have an emergency ultra sound. I went back to the doctor this morning and found out I have bleeding in the uterus, they where able to get the babies heart rate 95bpm. I am now on bed rest to hopefully stop the bleeding or to make sure it doesn't get any worse, which is going to be so hard. I also found out I am a few days further ahead than i thought and am 6weeks 1day. Anyone else had uterus bleeding? The doctor didn't seem to know causes and didn't explain the effects to me too much (I don't think she wanted to scare me). So ladies, can I pleas hear some of your personal experiences? & how you & your significant other dealt with bed rest?
