Fingering

Is it normal to bleed every time you’re fingered? I can’t tell if I have a serious problem I should get looked at or if the guy is just too rough? I’ve only had sex with one guy and I feel like almost every time we had sex/did foreplay etc I bled. I tried hooking up with a guy I’ve been seeing today and when he fingered me I bled. I’m starting to feel very self conscious. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
