Coffee Headaches?

Hello! Crazy situation. I love coffee and I've cut back to on my intake.  I don't know if I'm expecting because it's waaaay too early to tell. However, I'm having these crazy tension headaches after I drink my morning coffee. Is this a symptom or just all in my head literally? lol

It's possible the headaches are due to the coffee. Example: If you used to drink a travel mug-sized amount of coffee daily, then cut back to one regular mug a day, then start drinking higher amounts again, yes, headaches will kick in from that. Coffee is really almost like a drug, you get hooked to it and any drastic changes in your intake will cause headaches, sometimes nausea. I deal with the same thing sometimes & it's the worst because I love coffee ?
