Mucus plug?

WARNING!!!! PLUG PICTURE? Or just discharge?

Hi, I’m 38 + 5 and I’m really not sure if I’ve lost my plug or part of it, I was getting bad back pain and stomach cramps last night which have now subsided. However when I woke up my pants felt a bit wet so I went to the toilet and wiped this away. I read online mucus plug hasn’t always got blood in. Please don’t judge and be kind. Thank you xx
