First iui

So I had my first iui on sept 11 and I took the trigger shot on sept 10. I am 14 days as of today past the trigger and 13 past iui. I took a home test this morning and it was negative. I have cramping but then again I have cramping and little ache and pains since the iui. Do I still have a chance?

Side note I did take the test a day early because the doc told me to take one Friday/Saturday If I didnt start my cycle and if I still dont start a cycle I will have blood work Monday. I took the test early but forgot to use my first pee
