So my husband and I have been together for 7 years

And we recently bought our own house due to that we live alone with one child and our child finally has his own room. Well we been having a lot of sex and no condoms because well we only have each other so no sexual transmitted disease. And I am on a 10 year iud so pregnancy Is out of the picture but if it happens then we are ok with having another baby.

But my question or my advice seeking is how do you maintain a regular ph balance when he semen disturbs my ph balance?
