Why isn’t the scale going down :/
I’m 21 , 170lb, 5’4. Sedentary as of right now. My TDEE is about 1800 and I’ve been trying to eat 1200-1400 the past 3 weeks. I don’t understand I haven’t even seen a 1lb difference !!! I’m so frustrated. I feel like I should just lower my calories then or something
