Ivf digital tests

Hey all!

I have a confirmed positive with my fertility clinic (hcg 280 on Wednesday-5 day frozen embryo, 12 days post transfer.) Digital sticks still say no and its scaring the crap out of me! Regular sticks have 2 lines. Anyone know why?
