My dog won’t drink water

My dog got spayed on Wednesday and since then has showed no interest in drinking water or eating dog food. The vet told me to give her chicken and rice and she loves it and will eat that but she turns her nose up at water so they told me to mix it with pedialyte but it didn’t work. I needed up having to give it to her in a syringe this morning but it’s really worrying me. She’s not dehydrated yet but I’m scared she will get that way soon. Anyone have any advice as the vet doesn’t open back up until Monday and I don’t mind giving it to her in a syringe I just wish she would drink it regularly.
