FLO vitamins?
Hey does anyone know if FLO vitamins are ok to take while TTC? I'm not finding anything specific on the internet so I'm assuming they're ok.. just want to make sure I'm not accidentally taking something that could make this harder. Its mostly an herbal blend which I'm not really sure if that's a good or bad thing.. lol
Do any of these ingredients look harmful to someone more knowledgeable than me?
