I need advice on how I can regulate my hormones/periods normally without using medication. I’d like to try the natural way to get to the root of the problem vs just mask it with medication. Long story short, my periods used to be like clockwork down to the exact time every month, I ended up gaining a lot of weight and my periods just stopped. I’m in the process of eating low carb to lose weight along with exercising, didn’t know if there’s anything else I should be doing?
