Where’s my sex drive??

I’m 7 months pp... my hubby and I had sex last night but I was totally not into it. And I don’t know why. Imso upset with myself ugh!! I actually asked him to stop bc I just couldn’t. And honestly don’t know why or what’s wrong with me. I usually have a super high sex drive and I feel totally not in the mood ever. Is something wrong with me!!!

There is nothing wrong with you. Please put that out of your mind for one simple reason...thinking you’re broken isn’t sexy. It’s not going to make you want sex more. It’ll do the opposite.

Quite simply there is no such thing as “sec drive” or some baseline desire for sex. It doesn’t work that way, and the sooner you unlearn that, the sooner you can make how it actually works work for you. 
Basically everyone has sexual brakes and accelerators, things that make us interested or not interested in sex, and some people having more sensitive brakes and accelerators than others. 
Let’s just say that caring for a 7 month old can stomp on The brakes pretty hard whether you note that consciously or not. 
But seriously read the book. It’ll change your life.
