How to make my boyfriend feel handsome?

My boyfriend has really bad body dysmorphia. He looks perfect and fit and sexy to me, but he just doesn’t see it at all. He’s embarrassed to be naked in front of me and we haven’t had sex in about a month so I feel like trying to worship his body seductively isn’t going to work because he’ll just shut it down.

Do you guys have any tips for me to help him see himself how I see him? I know he definitely needs therapy at this point but he won’t go so I’m trying to help any way I can. I hate seeing his confidence waste away and I just want him to be happy again.
