Lupus or Hypothyroidism

I had an appointment today and tomorrow will be getting bloodwork done. My doctor said it could be a few different things causing my issues. Such as arthritis, lupus, hypothyroidism, etc. Hopefully I found out something this week. I’m tired of feeling like this.

The issues I’m having:

-sore stiff joints

-extreme cold intolerance

-raynauds: skin turns white when exposed to cold air. (Even if it’s 74° I can have a flare up with this and I get pretty agitated and cold to the point I’m on the verge of tears. Has gotten worse)

-back pain (mainly behind my lower rib cage feels like the muscles are being twisted)

If any of you have had these symptoms, what did you find out was causing it?

Well it’s not hypothyroidism. Bloodwork came back and It’s either Lupus, low iron, or thrombocytopenia. Possibly even leukemia.
