Anyone else’s look like this?

So, I had my first ultrasound. 7 weeks 2 days. Doctor says everything is perfect with my sweet babe other than the gestational sac is measuring a little small.. go back on Friday (by then I’ll be 9 weeks 2 days) in hopes it’s Grown and a little further away from the baby..

I have attached a photo of my ultrasound.. did anyone else’s look like this and then go back and everything be normal? So weird because baby is measuring perfect and heart rate is perfect as well.. way to make a mama heart worry 😢
