Natural fertility methods?

Has anyone heard of vitex (chaste berry) or taken it?

I normally take clomid when ttc because of my body not ovulating on it’s own, I’ve had irregular periods all my life. Not knowing when it’ll start or end. I conceived two beautiful girls 4 years apart on clomid 50 mg first month. We’ve been trying to conceive baby #3 for 6 months but I am still breastfeeding my 11 month old (she will not take any bottles or cups just wants it from the tap) lol. So clomid is currently out of the question. I’ve been reading a lot about vitex and it working for a lot of women. So I’d like to hear your story if you’ve ever taken it. Or if you know about it being safe while breastfeeding? I just don’t want it to effect my milk supply or the baby.
