Ebf, snotty poo tmi

So last time she had this much was because i ate food cooked in almond milk, and she has an allergy. We cut out all nut products completely. Her poops today have been almost all snotty, with bits of more normal poo in them (opaque in pics) is this likely another allergy? I haven't changed anything and can't get testing for another year and a half. Any ideas?

Fyi yes i'll be asking the dr about it in the morning. Looking for experiences, tips, etc not medical advice.
